You are not ugly
We help you become a healthier and well-balanced individual
These statistics are not trivial:
• 17% of women don’t show up to a job interview when they don’t feel confident about the way they look
• 78% of 17-year-old girls don’t like their bodies
We live in a world with a predominant image-obsessed culture that ends up affecting our relationships and the development of physical and intellectual activities. To effectively change this culture we need to work as communities, educators and businesses to help our kids overcome image-related pressures.
Our Philosophy About Beauty
In our first blog, we want to express clearly our philosophy about beauty. We want to promote the importance of caring for your appearance and the importance of building a strong self-esteem. However, we believe that appearance should never come at the expense of other aspects of someone’s individuality.
Your “look” is just one part of your identity. The most important components of your life are what you are and what you do. Let’s work together, changing the cultural obsession of judging people by the way they look like, instead of what they do.
We want you to feel good. Our products and philosophy are meant to help you highlight and care for your natural beauty and allow you to become a healthier and well-balanced individual.
We invite you to listen the song ‘True Colors’ by John Legend, which has inspired us to show our ‘true colors’, our individuality, and our diversity. This is the road to contribute to a common cause: inclusion. https://youtu.be/RYLU_HilDV0
