Swimming Season is Coming
Do you enjoy swimming, right?
We have a tip for you:
Before you get in the pool, wet your hair thoroughly, so it soaks up that water, instead of the chlorinated one. This a good way to preserve the health of your hair.
The sun also can damage your hair and decrease the benefits you will see from your hair care. Protect your hair from the sun will also preserve its color.

Most men have more symptoms of hair shedding and other issues between September and November because the hair follicles enter their resting (telogen) phase mid-summer. This causes more hair than normal to fall out. The follicles will stay in this phase for several months, but the hair will begin to regrow in winter when Mother Nature thinks you need it most.
